Bike Friendly, Public Concrete Parks List

The first twenty-seven parks have been contacted and are confirmed to be bike friendly and concrete.  The rest of the parks are reportedly  public, concrete and bike friendly, but have not been fully confirmed.  This list is compiled from my best resources and to the best of my knowledge. If you know of any more bike friendly, public concrete parks in the U.S., please e-mail them to me through the "e-mail the bearded lady" link on the homepage and I will add them promptly.  If any of the skate/bike parks mentioned below the first twenty-six are not in fact public, bike friendly or concrete, please tell me that also.
