Okay, so you're not criticizing the 3BC. Just me. So the 3BC is doing most everything right, but it's president is doing most everything wrong. Now that makes lots of sense. But check this out: Lisa from SDG told me at the Chandler design meeting that the Ftn. Hills park would indeed be allowing bikes. Since Rex had said the exact opposite, I had to do some research for myself. After all, it has been a good while since Rex went to that Ftn. Hills community input meeting, and things could have changed since then. I got ahold of Mark Mayer today after trying to contact him for a couple of days, and he confirmed that the Ftn. Hills park would be allowing bikes. So you were right, and I was wrong. I'm very happy, by the way, that I was wrong. The park is a very long ways away from opening, but it will allow all users, and I'm stoked. Now look. When I asked you to talk to Rex and Pat about my role in getting public places for bikes to ride, I don't think that was unreasonable. I just wanted you to gain some more perspective. If you just live in a hole and don't communicate with anyone but your little circle of friends, how can you objectively criticize me? I receive criticism fairly well, but I will not listen to anyone who maintains a narrow outlook and a closed mind. I might as well be taking advice on boosting my stock portfolio gains from a Van Buren streetwalker. I did some research to gain more perspective. You would do well to do the same. Of course I alone am not the reason all these parks are opening. You're just trying to put words in my mouth with that one. And when you said a year and-a-half ago I was wasting my time working with the cities to get public, concrete places for us to ride, you were essentially saying that anyone who was doing the same was wasting their time. How could you not be? That's why I asked you to apologize to US, not to me alone. As far as Glendale and Chandler are concerned, why don't you ask Pat and Rex themselves how much of a role they believe I played in getting those parks cracking. They'll both be at the Chandler meeting on Wednesday. I have given credit where it's due as much as I know how, but I'm not going to say what I've done. I'll let Rex, Pat, and any other 3BC captain say it. Also, while you're talking to Rex, ask him about why he got so fed up with Mesa parks and rec's bullshit that he decided it would be better to dissolve the partnership. He spent so much of his own time and money all for Terri and Tim and Andrea to lie, backstab, and bullshit us for three years, that he finally realized, as our first Mesa captain Dale did, that we'd be better off focusing on other cities. As far as Ftn. Hills goes, I just talked to Rex, who went to one of the meetings and he said the park will be only 9500 sq ft, and there's no way in hell they're going to allow bikes. He got this very clearly from their Director of Parks and rec, Mark Mayer, so mark my words. I'm disgusted to see it, but there's only so much the 3BC can do. We're spread too thin already. No one from Ftn. Hills popped up as a leader, so we definitely couldn't have organized the kids without at least someone we could help and support. I'm not asking any goddamn person out there to pat me on the back for what I've done. I don't know where you get that. I saw that we needed leaders if we were ever going to get into these parks, and I'm happy with what Rex and I have accomplished. I'm also very happy with what our 3BC captains have accomplished, whether bikes are currently getting a place in their respective cities or not. Josh Betley, Matt Rich, Gilbert, Jerry, Heber, Matt Pinegar, Pat, and Ray Putnam have all busted ass, and their efforts have brought this issue to the forefront. I'm also very happy with what everyone who has gone to protests, meetings, wrote letters, and made calls or decided to vote my way has done. But they haven't done as much as the leaders have. Not even close. Yeah, so please talk to Rex and Pat. I will warn you, though, that they are just as annoyed as I am by bike riders who sit and calmly criticize what I and the 3BC are doing without doing a goddamn thing themselves. So let's get that apology to the 3BC crackin', and then we can really talk, aiight?

Question for you O.S. Are you saying that you are the reason for all these parks opening happening? Second along time ago you took what I said and turned it into me talking shit about everyone associated with the 3BC. That I have not done. So I ask this, are you responsible for the Flagstaff park? Are you the responsible party for the Glendale park (Rex) and chandler(Pat Blackburn)? I could be wrong but I thought it was the efforts of others involved with getting bikes these parks. Like Pat Blackburn and Rex and any other 3BC captains as you call them. You see O.S. the way I see it your wasting your time fighting people and talking alot of shit about riders and non riders that don't jock your shit. What I've seen you've made things alot harder for other riders and have played a role in the seperation of riders and getting parks. You need to choose to act like an adult, a leader, team player. I haven't seen much of that and to me it sounds like your taking a lot of credit away from others who are just as well making a difference. Please correct me if you feel the need but apologize to you for saying you've wasted alot of time. I'm sorry I won't be doing that. Also isn't it 3BC or just you that have disassociated yourself/selves from the Kleinman park because your unhappy with the cities decessions to do what they feel would be the right thing. You said our efforts with the cities were futile and I was wasting my time. Glendale will be opening their X-park around September this year, and it will be allowing bikes. Flagstaff will be opening their new bike-friendly park, most likely before the end of the year. And our Chandler Bike Park design meeting is April 13th at 6pm. If this has not convinced you that my and the 3BC's efforts have not indeed been futile, then you are ignoring reality and not accepting my and the 3BC's success as the f-AgZ have been doing. If you are convinced that my and the 3BC's efforts have not been futile, then I believe you owe us an apology. If you cannot bring yourself to apologize for your ill-advised prediction, then I simply cannot see how we can have an honest and open communication about the state of this scene and why I've made the choices I have. I liked how the attitudes of the Midwest riders were as per your report, but I think change has to begin with every rider changing the way they treat each other, especially the older guys.

So the other day I was pulling up in front of Kore Bike Industries (NW corner Scottsdale Rd. and Curry, go there, they rule) and who should come out of the door but Keebler and the leader of the f-AgZ, Billy. I thought it would be good if I who dosen't have beef with anyone weights in on all the shit that has been going on. Lets look at how all of this shit started. Old School call EVT on him being an ass a phoenix skatepark which I think everyone thought about him at the time but he apologized and that shit should have been done we all should have let it rest. But no one did. Now all of this shit starts with Sher. Granted he shouldn't have defaced old school's shit like that but it's only a sticker. I could see such a reaction if he painted pig on your shit like in fast times a ridgemont high be it was only a sticker. I though insted of all this i gonna beat your ass shit old school should have just put a moneky sticker on the trans am. I mean it only seems fair. That should have ended it there. Maybe it wouldn't but that is what i would do in that sitiuation. Now to all of the shit talking aobut old school's video shit. Sure that video did have a lot of straight crap in it but that is the way that he does stuff and he is the only one that is giving this state coverage short of KC and Adam. So I don't care what kinda movie me makes it's how he does stuff and it shouldn't matter to everyone. When you think about it neither old school or F-AZ are presenting Arizona in a positive light we are eighter are known as imbreads or people who hate thier own state. Which is not cool no matter which way it is. Now to the protests that do go on. They are a very deleciate matter they can eighter be good or bad depending on how people act. And how do you know the city won’t kick down for monitoring? Glendale’s going to have monitors at their new 83rd and Bethany Home skatepark, and from what I can tell it’s mainly to help keep the park open instead of having to close it down due to fights. I know this will blow your miniature mind, but Valley skateparks have other problems than evil BMX bike riders poaching runs. And why don’t you go with me to ride the Gilbert park and show me exactly how the cops never show up. They TAZERED a kid Monday night when he tried to run after they saw him riding the park. Why don’t you tell me how much money Gilbert will have spent just paying that over-zealous pig for his time to write up the whole tazer incident report, show up in court, etc, etc. The Phoenix park rangers have told me that their main duties are on the Squaw Peak preserve, and they have to go out of their way to kick bike riders out of PV skatepark. That means they’ve gotten spread too thin and had to hire more rangers. Why don’t you tell me what it costs Phoenix to train, equip, pay, and provide benefits for one extra park ranger? And session times…I know if I’m allowed in the Tempe park I for one will stick to the posted times. It will be worth it so I can finally ride some concrete without looking over my shoulder the whole goddamn time. Face it, doosh: Bikes will work in the park, you just don’t want to compromise because you’re a selfish brat. 15 free Valley parks isn’t enough for you? Being able to hop on Loop 101 and hit 5 free parks in a row with no hassles from the man isn’t enough for you? Cry, pout and whimper all you want, but I’m going to keep fighting for access in this Tempe park until we’re in. Fuck it! I don’t care how long it takes.
